I have placed an order how long will delivery take?

Our outfits are handmade to order; therefore we require 14 working days for your order to be complete. If you have any questions regarding your order, please drop us an email on hellomaceandco@outlook.com or contact us on 0585971785.

 

I would like to place an order however I need it urgently, is it possible?

We do our very best to accommodate orders that are needed urgently. Please contact us and if there is availability to complete your order in time we will do so by your chosen date. Please note during busy periods such as holidays this may not be possible. 

I would like a language other than English embroidery on my outfit can you do this?

Sure we can! We can write in your chosen language the name you would like, and we would be happy to do this for you.

 

I have checked the size guidelines, and my child doesn't fall within them, is there a tailored fit?

Of course, we are a tailor-made clothing company, therefore if you need bespoke measurements, you can send those across to us and we will create the outfit with those requirements.

My order has arrived but needs alterations, is this possible?

Yes, most outfits can be altered, however all alterations will be charged for separately. If you would require collection/delivery of the outfit this will also be charged at 20dhs each way, we have a courier service that we can organise.

I would like a bespoke design, can you do this?

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke designs and embroidery for special ocassions. We will not create/replicate copyright images, therefore please take this into account. Send us an image you would like, and we will do our best to bring this to life.

Do you accept return/exchanges?

Unfortunately, embroidered outfits cannot be returned or exchanged so please check the size guide to ensure you buy the correct size. Items without embroidery can be returned within 7 days or can be exchanged within 14 days, however you are responsible for all return/shipping costs, you can use our courier service for a fee of 20dhs each way. 

If the item has been worn, we have a right to refuse the return or exchange.
